Not really use to these tests so I'm not sure how the lines are supposed to look. But just wanted some insight. Is there a line or am I going crazy?

Just had my bloods back and the numbers are 1 in 5000 for all the syndromes. & PAPP-A is 0.79. It then says low chance but after googling it’s sent me down into a bit of a spiral!!! My numbers with my last pregnancy 2yrs ago were so so much higher than this 😫
