I'm wearing thermal leggings in l/xl from BJs. Have room to grow a bit and it's comfy over my mini bump. I'm 145-150lbs 5"3
I wore palazzo pants with a fold over band that I found on Amazon. Could wear the band folded down or even up over the belly with a tied up t shirt which looked cute
