How to quantify if the baby has been moving less? What should be considered as reduced? I am confused and worried at same time

Is a changing pad really necessary to buy before baby is born? I see so many mom's that for the first 4-6 months, they just change baby on the floor or bed. We have a pack n play, with a changing area on it. If you think it's necessary to buy right away, Keekaroo or Skip Hop?

Hi all, My first period PP was an absolute breeze but my second one has just began and honestly not felt pain like it! Paracetamol and ibuprofen aren’t even touching it! It’s also soo heavy it’s unbelievable- has anyone else experienced this?

Sorry if this is TMI. I'm only 15 weeks. I thought this would be more of a 3rd trimester issue? Honestly, it never happened in my 1st pregnancy.
