@Alex exactly. Like tonight we had an exchange and then the way he looked at me was just pure hatred. The exchange wasn’t even bad but I think we just think the worst in each other anymore and there’s no love. We don’t yell and scream at each other, we just don’t know how to speak to each other anymore.

If there’s one thing I’m having a hard time learning it’s that my feeling and voice matter. Communication is really a big key in relationships. I really recommend trying to let all of it out to him in order to see why he is acting the way he is. You never know maybe he thinks you hate him? Sadly I cannot speak for your relationship so I hope I don’t offend you.

I feel that way sometimes to. I think it’s because I overthink a lot of our small arguments thinking it something bigger. Or sometimes when he answers me I feel like he’s annoyed,or irritated. which then leads me into a spiral.
