Depression really sucks. Self care is very important so I suggest making time for yourself even if it’s just for 15 minutes a day to relax or do something you enjoy.
My hubby allows me grace and tolerance and helps me so I’m not doing everything. My hobby on a Friday night he does not expect me to cook dinner for example he cooks or buys or takes the fam out to eat without me. He allows me grace and understands that I can’t cook if I need to shower and get ready at 5 (and do my nails beforehand) Utilise your partner if you have one and ask him to be more understanding if he’s not.

Do you have a partner? He needs to be supporting you a hell of a lot more
