I talk to my two month old a lot and make silly noises. We read books together with fun pictures. He also likes it when I read aloud “Magical Child” which is a fantastic book about intellectual development. He listens constantly for like 20mins and I just periodically look at him and talk to him about it. I swear he understands what I’m saying too 😂 going on walks is a must. He’ll start fussing in the morning if we don’t go on our morning walk quick enough! He seems to be somewhat interested watching me fold laundry as well. I’ll lay him on the bed and stand at the edge kind of holding the clothes above him where he can see before laying them down to fold. He probs likes the colors
*consistently not constantly
Loverly play kits are great if you can afford them. They include age appropriate developmental toys that you can also purchase individually instead of in a kit 💗 hoping to get the 3-4mo kit.
I propped a mirror up against the wall! Do tummy time there and he loves it and smiles and talks to himself 😂 and it helps bc I can make coffee etc in the morning while he does it
I put my baby on her activity mat on the floor so she can lay and watch the toys dangle. She loves walks, we take two walks per day for 20-30 mins. She likes to watch low stimulation shows like “little bear” and “Franklin” I bought a projector so that she can look at the stars twinkle on the wall and ceiling. Car rides.
How old is your baby?
I lay on the floor and shake toys above their heads, we go on walks in the stroller so they can see they sky and trees, look at black and white books, I put on hey bear on YouTube and they track the dancing fruit while in their sit me ups.
