Normally range from 8-12k
I don't have a tracker but I guarantee I do over 10000 a day on the days 5 work. and under 3k on my off days. Lol
I used to avg 8k steps a day when I worked in the hospital but now it varies between that and 5k
My average is 7k a day, however, days I work I exceed 10k and sometimes exceed 20k. This past Saturday I was just shy of 25k steps (I worked a double)
20,000 everyday
If I’m being purposeful 5-6k, a regular day of work 2500. My whole day of work is on the computer
10-12k usually
10k steps minimum. Just did 27k steps in one day at the weekend, I was knackered
13,000 today according to my fitness app. I’m a cook in a restaurant so I’m always on my feet and running to the cooler for something lol
Between 12 and 14k
10k +
10-12k. 12k on weekends since we are out all day. 9-10k on weekdays since I’m out for half a day, 3-4hrs usually.
10k is minimum, usually 14-20k is average for me
@SquishyMommy1 20k steps from the gym or just being outside? Just because I see your comment on my other poll you spend as lil time being outdoors as possible…

These comments told me get my lazy ass up 😭🤣
Minimum 10k unless it’s Sunday, Sunday doesn’t count lol
@Amy I do 10K while working and another 10K at the gym
@Daija trusttt 😂 as long as you’re intentional like you said then you’re good b
@Kristy gotta have one lazy day!
@SquishyMommy1 I see, that’s amazing. Hella fit
It used to be 10k lol. I just started doing a mile a day as a workout.
Depends for me Friday I did 12k, some days 6k. If my job is busy then that’s where it’s higher. Today I was home and did 3k but didn’t have my phone on in me at all times
I will say mine used to read as much lower just using my phone vs now I have a Fitbit because I would often not have my phone on me around the house cleaning or playing with my son
6800 apparently but I’d like to do 10k +
