You don’t HAVE to do anything, it’s enough for them to have you interact with them: look at them, talk to them, sing, cuddle etc. They only need you and your love at this stage. Also because they’re so new to this world everything is interesting to them. Mine loves looking at the photos on the wall when I’m holding him. Or when he’s in his bouncy chair he watches his big sister play. Of course if you want to do some activities then you can but don’t feel you have to. Dr Greer Kirshenbaum is a great one to follow on IG, she talks about how to help build your baby’s brain. It all boils down to interacting with them and being responsive, you don’t need any special gadgets or activities. ❤️
What’s baby sensory?
They go and have like lights, music, rattles, cloth things to feel and different sound https://www.babysensory.com/gloucester/
We started baby sensory at 6 weeks. But she would just sleep through it. My little girl used to love just laying on a play mat. Even if she couldn't use it as it was a change of scenery with the lights and bits hanging off it. At 6 weeks there's not much you can do or have to do 😊
