My LG has swimming lesson & baby ballet each week. I work 3 days, so unfortunately 2 days is taken up with the above, 1 day I have to do a food shop but will try to do park on this day and will take her to park on 1 of the days I finish work, although this may chnage soon with the colder weather coming in! Then my 4th day off I'll try to see family / have a play date or do a soft play / drop in session or have a chill play day at home!
I'm definitely not doing these things all the time. However my son is in nursery 4 days aweek. On the Tuesday I have with him each week I just do what we can. But sometimes I have go do the food shop. But most of the time on the weekends we do things and go to soft play. We went to a place today. For an hr or so and when the weather was nice we would go into the garden and play or go to local park but now ther weather is bad we don't do that so much. He has just started walking so when he is more confident with that I'm sure we will do more walks and trips out. But I personally try not to put pressure on myself to be doing the most. I work full time 4 days aweek (condensed hrs) I have my son on my own every Tuesday and the weekend is family time where we go and see family or clean the house/ do food shop. It's hard when we have no support and we both work full time. We're just permanently knackered all the time 🤣
UK weather is just so unpredictable and we don’t manage the park every single day. We went out today for some lunch, the garden centre and soft play. We do what we can when we can and don’t put pressure on it as I think this then plays on your mental health “am I doing a good enough job” as a mom/parent. It’s ok to have chill days in the house🥹

Try to do it on my days off from work but don't always have the energy and sometimes it's nice to have a chilled day in the house with the colder weather xx
