We had a tea party and went to the farm for my girls 1st birthday x
It may not be helpful but I was looking for an affordable option too. I asked around and a friend of my partner found a kids play place that offered affordable packages that include set up and decorations plus food and drink for $525! Granted it was in another city but we figured it would be worth it to travel and it looks like everyone was willing to travel to be there. I don’t know what places you have there but perhaps keep trying or use your social network to help you find something. You never know when someone might come across what you need.
I don’t know where abouts your from. But could you look at an aquarium and hire a function room in a pub or restaurant and then people can order if they want too. Or build a bear as on birthday months it’s the price of their age xx
Hey, I was struggling with this for a while too. You could book a soft play party at a soft play close to you. It’s not overly expensive, I think they charge per child so it depends on how many kids you’re inviting and the kids and really let loose x
