bringing up the milk abit after feeds

I read that spit up is normal as long as baby is not in distress. They over feed sometimes at the breast. I usually take a break and try to burp or hold baby upright before continuing the feed

Yeah my baby is 5months , N specially bf babies they overfeed sometimes so they spit out the extra 😅 don't worry.
