My midwife told me that I've got PGP and told me to self refer to Physio through my Badger notes.
I'm really struggling to find it, does anyone have any ideas where it is on the Badger notes?

I’m not sure about through Badger notes but I work in a GP practice and in my area if you type into Google ‘physio self referral Xxxx’ with Xxxx being where you live it should come up!

I’ve no clue, I would phone the midwife team and ask! I think every area is different as my midwife just referred me. I didn’t need to do a self referral x
