It’s definitely not easy, so don’t be too hard on yourself! What about sensory bath time? Glow sticks are about £2 in Tesco and will probably be on offer after tomorrow as well! Did this with my step son who’s 5 and we used pots and stuff from the kitchen to pretend to make potions (I know that’s abit old for your 6 month old) but I always find like sensory things are amazing and so easy to do. Walks, songs, there’s also probably free baby classes in your area might help with the anxiety as I’m sure you’re not the only person feeling that way. Stories and maybe find some of the toys you do have that can relate to the stories? Even just crushing up different foods and letting her explore. She’s only 6 months, don’t put pressure on yourself gal. Just talking and spending time with your baby and bonding is one of the most important things at that age xx
Try soft play x
Water play! Give a shallow bowl on the floor or in a high chair with a little bit of water and some measuring spoons/cups. My kids loved to play in little water bins. No mess painting - ziplock with a little bit of paint inside on a paper/canvas. The dollar store has cheap supplies if you don’t have them on hand. You could “paint” during tummy time or in a high chair. Walks outside. Read together.
There's a forest near me with a playground. I got there with baby, she's 7 months old. She loves being in her stroller going around the forest and then I go down the slide with her or on the swings. There's also a lake with ducks and she's fascinated with them.
Don’t be so hard on yourself, you are not failing her and don’t forget she won’t remember this age. I know you will but remember everything you do for her as is. That being said, take her on walks to the beach if you’re near one or the park, check Facebook market place for second hand sensory toys to switch it up a bit, check with local churches as they often do free mums and tots groups, I’m not sure where you are but where I am the library do free baby classes that might be worth looking into?
