How old is she?
Struggling to poop is kinda normal, as they are getting used to using their bowels. However, it should be that seedy consistency and not hard lumps. Bicycle legs, tummy massage and pushing and pulling legs (in like a squat motion while they are on their backs) to get things moving
how old is she? if shes having hard stools then definitely tell your pediatrician babies on milk poops should be soft not hard. young babies struggling to poop is normal crying and face of discomfort they are using their muscles to push and that causes a strainy uncomfortable look on their faces
Shes 1 week old and honestly I can’t really tell if it was hard poops it was very tiny and it just seemed different than her normal
Are you eating enough fibers. My girl was really struggling a couple of days ago and I just ate a bunch of fibers and it worked. Im breastfeeding so everything I eat goes through the milk. Try prune juice, kiwi, plums, grapes. Everything with a lot of fiber. My mother in law said fruits are the best for it
Try Probiotics, they help my baby big time.
I’m wondering the same it’s honestly so heartbreaking singing her struggle and also grunt to poop or pass gas
