Vomiting after every meal, could this be a stomach bug?

So my 20 month old is still breastfeeding at least once or twice in 24/h, this morning she was breastfeeding shortly after she threw up, I gave her breakfast as usual once we got ourselves up and ready for the day, had some breakfast (didn’t finish all) and shortly after she threw up again. Could this be a stomach bug? Temperature says 36 which is normal? And no sign of loose stool at the moment. Anyway I gave her some calpol in case she’s coming down with some sort of fever which I’m hoping it’s not and I’m offering her lots of water to stay hydrated. I think I may have to breastfeed more than usual today since she’s not stomaching anything at the moment. She still wants to eat but it just comes back out shortly after.

This happened to my little girl a few months ago. It passed relatively quickly, and she was absolutely fine in herself other than the vomitting! It was really weird! Wondering if it’s just the breastfeeding that’s making it not affect them so badly?

@Xanthe how long did the vomiting last on your little girl and did you give her any medication? I think the breastfeeding helps hydrate them but like I said she vomited the breastmilk out this morning, she had two throw ups, one after the first feed and the second time after breakfast. I’ve breastfed her once more in the afternoon and so far she hasn’t threw up I’m hoping that’s it now 🤞🏽

Sounds like a bug hope she feels better soon xx

@Jade thank you lovely 🧡

@Amy she’s had it multiple times. The times where she’s seemed totally unaffected it’s probably only been about 4 days max. Probably less!

My lg was throwing up every time she ate something yesterday but today she seems back to normal, thank god it only lasted one day 🙏🏽
