There are 4 separate jabs, MMR is one. But of the other 3, 2 of them are boosters to what they already get at 12/16 weeks, and only the MMR and the Hib/Men C are newly introduced at 12 months. You can ask your doctor about splitting them, unsure if they’ll accommodate as I’ve never asked and assume it varies between practices. Why don’t you want the other 3 out of curiosity?
