Is this a reaction to the milk or something different?
My little boy has been on Aptamil Pepti Syneo since August and just over the last week his nappies have been so loose and mucusy and green! When we were first on the milk his nappies went to what I thought was normal as in solid no mucus etc. I thought it was teething but the last tooth he has had has fully erupted and his nappies are still like this. His first nappy of the day is usually more solid and then as the day goes on they get looser and more mucusy. He doesn’t have milk over night as he sleeps through. All of his other symptoms of CMPA have gone but this is back?

I did think this but he now has 8 teeth and he’s 9.5months? I didn’t think they got their molars until over a year? His last insisor is fully erupted for a week or so now.
@Claire my little ones molars are coming in, ones just broken the gum and the other side is just under the gum! He’s only 8 months x
Or have you introduced any new foods since this started? Could be another allergy x
@Hannah okay will keep an eye! I thought I may have a rest from getting for a few months 😂
@Hannah no he’s actually be off his food only started to eat like he was had been before from today! He’s had all the allergens and no tomato in foods aswell as milk as those are the two things I know he reacts too.
