Bathing baby on holiday

Any tips for washing baby on holiday, there’s no bath only a shower and the sink doesn’t have a plug and she isn’t able to sit up right yet?

Hold her in the shower with you that’s what I do

I would get one of those inflatable seat with you as it won’t take much space in your bag and you can use it in the shower or anywhere else for that matter

We held ours in the shower and we all showered together, we had a large walk in shower and did this for two days, it was ok but it didn’t feel very safe. Then we decided to sacrifice a towel each day, laid that folded on the shower floor and lay him on top of it and used the shower head (wasn’t very powerful) to wash him, so much easier and no risk of dropping a slippery baby, he loved it! The towel was replaced each day. If you’re not already there, you can buy a universal plug for the sink. I nearly did before our holiday and regretted it because the sink plug didn’t hold the water for some reason.

I took a small inflatable pool that (60cm in diameter) and fill that up using the shower. Worked ok

I just held her in my arms whilst I showered then handed her to her dad when done so I could do me

Mini inflatable paddling pool :)

@Nicola thanks this worked well I just used a flannel that I kept rinsing so I didn’t need to put the shower head on her!

Mini inflatable pool. We used it with our 9 week old as a bath x
