Reflux is more of bringing milk up during and after feeds. It normally isn’t a huge amount but quite frequent. If she’s projectile vomiting, refusing her bottles, is sick after/during and in between feeds, scrunching her legs up and going bright red but also crying constantly during the feeds and after/in between it could be a sign of a milk allergy x
@Shona she spits up mostly, but in the past few days projectile vomited a few times. It doesnt smell of acid. When crying at bottle yes she gets very worked up and inconsolably crying.
@Julia she spits up a lot, like multiple times during the same feed. Im feeding her mostly breastmilk in a bottle.
@Ana Maybe be worth going doctors and see if they can give her anything for it. How’s her poos? Is there any blood/mucus in them? If so may be worth taking out dairy from your diet and see how she is x
Do you sit her upright to feed her ? @julia my daughter was exactly as you describe,,but she doesn't have cmpa she had very bad reflux ,due to immature valve to the stomache.
@Shona I’m just speaking from experience as I was told my baby had really bad reflux but it turned out that it was a cows milk allergy hence why I suggested x
CMPA can cause reflux as makes stomach contents more acidic I think, so could be either or both.
Projectile sick,? Does it smell of acid? Is she screaming,red drawing up her legs inconsolably crying?? Xx
