I care and it's scary to me. That's another part of his that I didn't agree with. I have a lil guy and another one on the way. That honestly terrfies me the amount of shit they are about to be able to get away with.(I voted for him). Sadly it wasn't the only issue to vote on behind both candidates so it wasn't an easy choice fr.

Respectfully, I pray and hope that those black people who voted for him be the people who would feel the impact of those polices since they didn’t care anyway. Let’s leave it all to Karma respectfully!

This is one of those "promises" he wouldn't be able to really get away with. Each state is able to prosecute officers. He could make some changes federally, but if a sentence is given out at the state level, it may run concurrently with the state sentence. Plus, if he wants, he could pardon all the cops if convicted at the federal level. Then, as far as the financial side of things, I think the policemen's insurance pays a majority of the fines anyway. Bottom line is he wants to improve police, have them gain back their respect. So, hopefully this means funding to properly train so they make better decisions...and ultimately be more respected. Now, I'm not a real political person and didn't vote for Trump even though my views are more conservative. But I think about promises politicians make and the likelihood of it happening. When dealing with the law, my grandmother told us to do what you have to do to make it home safe. No sudden moves, hands visible, yes sir, no sir, comply. Live to fight tomorrow.

@Amber I don't know you or where you stand on things, but this is a real issue that a lot of black people think/thought about and are fearful about. Could you imagine being pulled over for an unknown reason in front of your home by multiple officers, thinking this could be your last day on earth? Cops asking you what you're doing there (white neighborhood) and where you're coming from. Then, knowing that if something does happens to you, the cop wouldn't be held accountable. Just because something isn't an issue to you or for you doesn't mean it's stupid. You would do well to try to understand others rather than disregarding something that doesn't really apply to you.

@Amber per my earlier post, I explained that if anything, individual states can still bring charges against cops if needed. I do agree that when people hear blanket immunity, they may not think about this. I'm not sure what you mean as "police are inherently racist or they're not. You can't have it both ways." What are both ways? I don't believe ALL cops are racist, and I don't think ALL cops should be given blanket immunity, even if it is just at a Federal level. Also, I don't think it's always a matter of racism, I think it's more about training to deal with certain situations and not shooting to kill, but in situations that require it maim...

I saw so many of our brothers and sisters vote for this dude in Chicago it’s not even funny. 2% voted for trump but 98% Harris and that was just Chicago

This is suppose to be about moms supporting each other. Not saying false statements.

Regardless of us black people voted for trump or not end of the day he is still our new president 😂😂.

Last I looked it up there are exceptions to immunity… no one on in our nation can just go on a killing spree just because they have a badge -am I missing something…
