Questions are on the app but not had a letter through for it be booked in.
My son is a 19th august baby and he just had his review this morning (only got the appt through on Tuesday) so had no questionnaire sent or anything. Just a series of questions when we got there, he played for a little while with various toys/colouring etc and he had his height and weight measured. HV asked if we had any concerns and that was it! All very last minute!
I had a phone call and they told me if I don't have any concerns with my little one then I did have to get a visit 🤷🏼♀️

Ive only got an appointment because I’ve had a baby and I mentioned it at her first HV check so they’re going to do my sons 2 year check with my daughters 8 week check which will be in a few weeks
I contacted health visitor and they said he’s on the top of waiting list so it’s worth contacting them.
It’s usually a 27 month review. My sons just had his, he was born 18th August xx
I haven’t had anything yet either :)
I called them because didn't get anything and they said they'd get in touch closer to 3.
My son had his at nursery xx
My boy was born 8 August and still not had one yet
We have ours on Wednesday. My July 2021 baby didn’t have his until January/february 2023. They tend to do a 2 and 2.5 year review at the same time
I got a letter yesterday for an app on the 20th november her birthdays the 13 August x

I have a late July baby and ours is end of this month x
My boy had his yesterday! He’s 4th August baby but our checks here in Surrey are from 27 months on. They sent out 2 questionnaires which I filled in and took with me and they just observed him playing and spoke with me about my answers and concerns if I had any etc. my son is suspected to have autism and has a speech delay so I was in there quite a while but there was another lady having her daughters check at the same time and she was out after about 20 mins. My son wasn’t weighed or measured either
I chased mine up and they said we’ll be contacted before she’s 2.5
I haven’t heard anything for a 2 year check in yet either 🤷🏻♀️
