Would you invite them?

My partners friends got married last year. I was quite close to them and they would come round to our home for parties and stuff. My partner got invited all day and I got invited to the night. All other halves went but me and my sister in laws fiance were night only. Would you invite them to your wedding?

I said no, because I had similar and I really wanted to not invite to mine... But my husband said to be the bigger person! So my husbands uni friend didn't invite me to their wedding AT ALL, we had been together about 3 weeks less than them, so it's not like I was a new girlfriend or something... At the wedding, my husband was chatting with someone who didn't even know the groom, his gf just worked with the bride! He was so pissed. I still don't understand why I wasn't invited... We invited them both and both kids to our wedding and only he came in the end, but I really wanted to not invite her at all 😡

@Charlotte yeah my partner says to be the bigger person but im taking it to the grave 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Maybe their invitation gets lost in the post?

@Neets lmao it was so weird they hand delivered the invites as well to our home. 2 separate invitations 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Girl I feel this!! my partners best friend has just got married and I wasn’t invited at all but all other girlfriends was 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ people are so weird 😂 be petty!😂😂😂

@Alix so strange isn't it. I would always invite the couple not just one even if we weren't THAT close. I wouldn't want someone to feel left out. However, on this occasion I think one will be day and one will be night ill let my partner pick which one 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Exactly!!😂😂 and no honestly I’d do the same, one to the day one to the night, see how you like that 😂✌🏽

I think if they’re married now you should invite them both to the day or both to the night rather than pick and choose. I get your apprehension though x
