Can I pass HFM back to baby?
My baby has had HFM this week and I've woken up this morning with red spots on my palms and ulcers on my tongue 😣
I'm worried as can I pass it back to him?

Sorry I just re-read this and realised you said he's already had it 🤦🏻♀️😭 It can be spread again but unlikely, I wouldn't stress!
You can get it more than once but I don’t know how likely that is x

Yes, in theory. Viral infections are spread virally, through bodily fluids, I would just advise to keep your hands clean, and don't kiss him incase your saliva goes onto him, and he then rubs his hands where you've kissed him, then put his hands in his mouth. I wouldn't stress, it's a viral infection that resolves usually in a week, and will essentially be good for his immune system x
