He's currently sleeping around 11pm-6am and then 6.30-9.30am (need to make all of this a bit earlier but at the moment this make my life easier when I'm on my own in the mornings as I can sort my 2 year old out with breakfast etc whilst the baby is still asleep) Im exclusively BF and during the day he wants to feed every 1-2hours usually. He often falls asleep but usually only for 5-10 minutes after a feed. Occasionally he'll do a 30-60 minute nap at some point during the day but it's generally just little cat naps. When he's awake I play with him as much as I can, bounce him on my knee and sing to him, get him on the floor or on his play mat for a kick about and some tummy time. I try to pop him in the sling for a 20-40 minute walk at least every other day for some fresh air and to help him more with his head control as this also counts as tummy time 😊

7:30am wake, 7:45 bottle (3oz) 7:55 nappy change, 8:00-8:15 tummy time 8:20-9:50 nap 1 9:55am wake 10:05 bottle (3oz), 10:20, nappy change 10:30 - 10:45 play mat, 10:50- 11:10 bouncer, 11:15- 12:45 nap 2, 12:50 wake up, 1pm bottle, 1:15 nappy change, 1:30-2pm walk 2:05-2:20 tummy time, 2:30-4pm nap 3, 4:15 bottle 4:25 nappy change, 4:30 alone time, 5pm cuddles with daddy. 5:30-7pm nap 4 7:15 bottle, 7:30 nappy change, 7:45 bath time, 8pm story time, 8:15 -8:30 bouncer 8:45 bottle 9pm cuddles with mummy 9:15 down for the night

Waking around 7:30am then has a feed. Entertain on play mat or sit in swing until 9:30am then try and get to sleep if showing signs of being tired. Wakes around 10:30am take upstairs to change nappy and clothes, feed at 11am. Repeat with play mat or take out for a walk. Eat my lunch once she’s gone down for 2nd nap around 12:30pm. Feed again around 2:30pm … repeat with play mat/swing. Another feed at 6pm …. Bath at 7:30pm … last feed before bed at 8pm… usually falls asleep at 9:30pm. I mean that’s a rough estimate… sometimes there’s another feed somewhere if she’s hungry. The day looks different if we’ve been out. What about you??? I’m a first time mum so basically winging it. Xxx

Waking at 7/7:30 with a nappy change and feed at 8ish. A little quiet sensory play and sing song and back for 2 hour morning nap from 9:00-11:00. We then get washed and dressed and head out a walk usually between 11:30 and 12:30 and back for nappy change and second feed at 1:00, along with a wee singsong. He then usually goes back to sleep for another 2 hours until 3:00ish. From 3:00-5:00 we do lots of play, tummy time and playmat before another feed about 5:30. My husband then usually takes him out an evening walk to the shops and to help him snooze for his last nap which only lasts 45 minutes or so from 6:00-6:45. We then play until about 7:30 when we then do a bath, big feed and book before going down to bed at 8. We have been doing a dream feed at 11ish when we go to bed but hoping to cut that out with getting him enough feeds during the day. He then sleeps from 8-7:30!

My boy is a big sleeper though! He always has been. I know 2 hour naps are not common at 3 months!

Our only structure now is that he sleeps from 9pm-ish to 9am-ish, waking 1-2 times during the night. Wake window around 1.5-2hr. Don't have much capacity to watch the clock so I just watch his cues. Feed to sleep so far. If not, sleep in sling. Entertainment? Most of the time watch what I do with my 3 years old 😂 play gym and tummy time. Try to do a story time each day
