Bath time tips
It’s time for baby to take his first bath!
I am so nervous because he freaks out when he’s naked and being changed.
Any tips?

Make sure he’s fed before as this will keep him calmer !
Put a hot water bottle on his towel so when he comes out he is in a warm towel or put towel on the radiator to keep it warm
@Jessica is this fed enough that he’s just about to fall asleep? He usually wants to sleep after feeding

make sure the water is warm enough! my first hated baths at first and my MIL said i might be being too cautious with the water temp and that was it, she's loved baths ever since. good luck xx

Make sure room is nice and warm, play some soothing music, make sure you have everything needed to hand to make it easy for you and I find putting a muslin over their tummy/shoulders and pouring the warm water over it when they are in the bath keeps my little girl calm
