I just had my NIPT test done
And the girl who did it knows my babysitter. She asked if my babysitter knows and how my other kids felt about the new baby. I told her that I don't want the babysitter to know yet.
I told my husband what happened and he said if the babysitter finds out about the pregnancy then I could report the girl who did my blood work because She would of violated my HIPAA rights. Is it true that I can report this girl if she ends up telling the babysitter?
