I'm still having issues but way better then the beginning 5 years ago almost 6. I got it in my first trimester. Their are exercises you can try on YouTube. My husband found some for me. Chewing gum can help on the side it happened.
Unfortunately, time, muscle relaxers and steroids are the only things that work, but even with the medications, it still takes about 2 weeks to recover, I had it earlier this year 😓
