And today I got the mirena placed (IUD) how long do I wait to have sex it says online right away but I’m concerned

My OB told me no sex for 2 weeks after i got it placed in. (Im getting Mirena in January)
Really mine said one. Well my husband going to be mad
I think it’s one week if u had it placed right after ur period that what I read everywhere but ama fall my Ob today 🙄🥹😂
