Anyone knows what it is?

My 3,5 month old seems to be straining to poop for the 3rd day already and is unusually cranky although she is a very chill baby and not demanding at all. She squirms and grunts, presses but nothing comes out so I thought she was constipated but she poos twice a day which is normal for her and the poop is liquid but sometimes (every second time) green. Also she started throwing up all day and it smells like throw up more than sour milk. She never threw up before. Skips naps. I started her on formula 3 weeks ago and she was fine. Could it be a delayed reaction? Do you think she has a sickness that is not related to the formula?

Is her poop mucusy at all? My girl is 15 weeks and still seems in pain every time she needs to poop, has very green runny poops and they are quite mucusy so my gp and hv think she has a cows milk protein allergy. Changes take a while to show so it could just be that she’s still settling on the formula or she could have an upset belly but keep an eye on it. Did you have much dairy while breastfeeding?

@Lauryn Yes, while I was breastfeeding I had dairy all the time and she was completely fine. My first had CMPA so I don't think it's that. Also, I was combifeeding with this specific formula (Kendamil Comfort) since birth actually because she was more hungry than my milk could give and everything was amazing, she was chill and poo was brown/yellow. No, it's not mucusy. I am thinking, maybe she has some stomach bug? Forgot to mention that she has a lack of appetite

@Daria sounds like a stomach bug then. I would keep an eye on it and contact gp if things don’t improve in a few days
