Struggling with farts

Ok I know it sounds weird but imagine your 7mo baby suffering every time he wants to fart, he’s pooping every day no pain, normal stool.. overall good health, so I don’t know if anyone went through something similar with their baby, to be more specific he of course can fart but he will usually let you know by his moans, whimpers or because he is very restless. The best way to help him get rid of his gas has been the breast (we are exclusively breastfeeding + AC) but at night this has become very tiring since every time he wants to fart he looks for me to seek comfort at the breast and I feeI bad because I know that he could rest better if his sleep was not interrupted by a fart! Advice, similar experiences whatever helps! Thank you moms 🫶🏾

Try biogia. Or do some belly massages n bring legs up close to belly that can help with gas

I used to do it and used to help but now he’s very resistant to those exercises (now that he’s stronger) and also don’t like to sit when has trapped gas, so he just want me to hold him or the brest to feel better, so it’s a constant situation me trying to help him but him resisting to everything 😭 I’ve heard before about biogaia I’ll talk to the pediatrician and give it a shot, thank you!

Yea try it. I guess nothing wrong with it. It’s just a probiotic. hope he gets better soon. Try more tummy times! Maybe that might help with it too

Do you breast feed or formula ? You may have to change his diet my daughter is on an expensive formula because of her stomach issues with dairy she was getting trapped gas when she ate yogurt so I stopped all dairy and she's the happiest baby ever

Try more tummy time. The pressure on the belly should help with the gas

When my baby has this problem, I lay him down with his face down, and he ends up burping by himself. I also put him on the breastfeeding donut in a facing down position with inclination. That helps him a lot. It could also be that there's something you are eating that causes him gas. In my case, avocados do him wrong or any vegetable that is green color. Don't know why. It's just like that.
