Another year gone
It’s been two years of my daughter having a birthday party with only me ,her mother. And as time goes on it’s tearing me apart. Her father plays favoritism with his first child. We have no family here and the friends we thought were friends aren’t. But I’m sure I’ll find strength to make it the best day possible.

Same here.. my baby and I, I just moved here cuz her father was an abuser.. it went from planning something big to just me and her
I did this for her, to make her feel special
I’m from out of town too so birthday parties are hard to plan. I just took him to the aquarium this year and my friend brought her 2 year old and it was great! I’m leaning more into experiences vs parties now.
@Chelsea omg🥹 I’m sorry to hear about your situation. But yet proud you are out of it. This is a great little idea and this is what I’m going to do for my daughter 🫶🏽
