Pregnancy anxiety *long post alert*

I went to the ER last night for what I thought was a kidney infection or a uti. My urine came back clear. They did an ultrasound to try to rule out ectopic pregnancy. The sonographer was really nice he told me that he seen my gestational sac and that it was small but he did in fact see it in my uterus. He also confirmed no twins but said that I was still early and that even though it was unlikely but that the GS could still split. I was 4 weeks 6 days yesterday and had HCG levels of 2732. I went back and look at my chart and the radiologist had put that my pregnancy couldn’t be confirmed and that I also had “mild free fluid in my pelvis” and that I also had a “internal cystic structure” measuring 6 mm. That’s roughly what my gestational sac would be for the amount of weeks I am but the free fluid has me worried. I’m currently waiting on a call from my OB but has anyone had anything similar ?

I had an ER doc diagnose my gestational sack as a blood clot, that blood clot turns 4 tomorrow. I know it's really hard not to worry but if your HCG is that high and you have seen something on the ultrasound it's possible they were wrong.

Yea the sonographer was the head of the ER. I would think he would know what he was looking at on the ultrasound and wouldn’t have told me he seen it if he wasn’t a 100% sure. He literally said it was just one sac so just 1 baby and that it was too early to see anything else

I think some free fluid in the pelvis is super common in general. I had a bunch of random ultrasounds to look for cysts and monitor an endometrioma I had. I think all my ultrasound results mentioned free fluid in my pelvis. I wasn't pregnant at the time or anything. I think it's just a common thing.
