Showering

I shower after I put my little boy to bed, around 8:30pm.. sometimes 9pm. Used to love a morning shower but there’s no way now 😭xx

I shower as soon as he naps. If I need a morning shower , it’s as soon as he wakes up, I put tv in bedroom with the gate on and run in and out. I’m too dead to have shower after bedtime as LB doesn’t sleep till 9pm or even 9.30

I have a 21 month old and a 2 month old. I either shower on an evening when my boyfriend can watch the girls, or when my toddler is in bed or at nursery🙈

When they are sleeping 😴

I set up some toys in the bedroom and the step at the bathroom sink and move anything I don't want him to play with out of reach. We have a baby gate at top of stairs, his room is baby proofed and the shower is in our ensuite so I can mostly see him. Sometimes I'll put bedroom TV on but mostly he plays at the sink or runs around toilet papering everything. Lately he has been asking to come in with me but doesn't actually like it 😆

When he sleeps or when my husband is looking after him

As soon as my toddler is in bed I hand the 3.5 month old to my husband and shower, brush my teeth, wash my face, get on PJs. It’s frustrating because the baby screams unless she’s with me so it’s not like I can have a relaxing shower or bath (I hear her through the wall)

I also have two the same age as you. I take them both in to the bathroom with me and give little girl some toys to play with and lie my baby on the bath mat or being his bumbo chair in. Our shower is a walk in wet shower so I can just step out if I need to. My little girl does end up stepping in to the shower to play with the shampoo bottles etc but I just towel us both dry afterwards. It’s hectic but I hate showering at night, I can never sleep well afterwards x
