At what age
At what age did your child strap themself in there car seat my husband thinks that our son should be doing that at his age 3

@Christa yeah like my husband thinks he should be strapping himself in his car seat by himself with nobody helping
My 3 year old can do it by himself but sometimes refuses and likes us doing it
@Faith yeah my son likes when I do it for him but my husband thinks I baby him to much and that he should learn to do it I just have fear he’s going to unbuckle himself while I am driving
@Juliana I mean I wouldn’t worry about him unbuckling too much it’s much harder to undo then to buckle it sometimes the button between the legs is so strong even I have problems
3/4 my daughter 4 does it herself

My 3 year old likes to buckle things (especially my 10 month olds car seat 😂) but I would definitely not expect her to buckle herself in properly without help from me
