had my baby 3 weeks ago i got stitches and for over a week ive been absolutley fine no pain no bleeding nothing completely normal but today ive started to experience some pain again is this normal to start and stop

A little odd to get it out of nowhere imo but if you're not bleeding an abnormal amount and the cramps are a normal amount of pain I wouldn't worry. It takes months for the uterus to return to its normal size and cramps go hand in hand with that
I personally have mostly stopped bleeding and while I haven't gotten any cramps in a while I have had a few days where id spot for a bit
