Anxiety

This is my 5th pregnancy (4 losses in between 2021 & 2022) I then decided to have a break and had no plans to get pregnant anytime soon! However…. I tested the other day, and to my surprise, I am pregnant! Going of my LMP(23//10/2024) and my cycle date being 34-35 days long, I am roughly 4w 4d. I have multiple symptoms, sore breasts/nipples, nausea, bloating, lethargic and very tired. I am also prescribed Cyclogest pessaries BD, and have my first scan next Friday. EPU have said I will be 6 weeks 2d on day of my scan, but I didn’t tell them my cycles are longer as they don’t usually listen to this and just go off their own system. To me, I will should roughly be around 5w 2d, will I see anything on this scan if my dates are the correct ones? Also, has anyone used the pessaries with a good outcome after recurrent miscarriage? And lastly, do my tests seem right for the amount of weeks/days I am? I’m a bag of nerves and just don’t want this to turn out like the last 4.
