Outings

Where have you guys gone on outings with LO?? Do you plan on taking to Christmas lights? My LO is 10 weeks and we have yet to gone out except around neighborhood. I dont know how some moms take their babies to all these different places and take pics… wish I could but my baby is so sensitive to sleep dislike car seat etc 🥲

We’ve gone to a Christmas boat parade, dinner, lunch and a Christmas tree farm this weekend. Slept through them both entirely

We have been to plenty of restaurants, the mall, rn coming back from a 3 hr drive to a different state to visit family. We'll be flying across country in 2 weeks. Yes to pics with Santa, and yes to parties as well

@Johnna sounds fun! Do you take your stroller or baby wear to these places??

@Maly does your LO fall asleep well on his own?? Asking because biggest barrier for me is she always need to be rocked to sleep and so cant fall asleep on own in car seat or stroller so becomes cranky

The boat parade we used the stroller. The tree farm we used the carrier. Usually if he’s sleeping we just pop his car seat into the stroller so he doesn’t wake up

I take my baby everywhere because I also have a 3yo. We go to dance class, the gym, shopping, restaurants, parks. I mostly will baby wear

We’ve been shopping, zoo, bowling alley, out for walks around the neighborhood, to see Santa. He’s 11 weeks old.

I have gone out a lot and traveled to my parents in Colorado via plain. One of the best places so far has been the library

@Racquel That's should be fun 😊

I take my baby everywhere expect certain restaurants

If you want to go out, just plan on bringing your body carrier. For the past few weeks since my older son has started wrestling we have been out for hours on end on saturdays and it’s been tricky but the carrier is such a life saver for getting baby to sleep and not having tired arms. Don’t like keeping him in his car seat either while he’s sleeping because we are already driving so much!
