Thank you ❤️I have had cbt twice, once when I was pregnant and after I had my daughter and it helped a bit but it comes back x
A close friend had similar with her little one. She went to therapy and got help and it made life much easier and she is loads better now!

I have been through our messages but looks like she didn’t say. I don’t tend to bring it up because she still finds it hard to talk about.
These are intrusive thoughts, very common and we all have those thoughts now and again, but when its interfering with your life its time to get help, your GP or HV can really help with this ❤️
