Do I HAVE to let my children go with their father for Xmas break if he asks for them but they don’t want to go??

No but he can document it and use it in court as you keeping the children from him Unfortunately at that age they don’t have a say my sister is going through it with her daughter And has to serve 6 months for keeping her from dad
They probably don't but both true comments above. As long as there no abuse or history of abuse or cause of safety concern. Dad seems safe unless they said he did something...
If they don’t wanna go then it’s your right to keep them… he can’t force a relationship, and usually young kids want to be around both parents. There’s gotta be a reason why they don’t wanna go. But either way it’s their decision, just document it. Have them text their dad that they don’t wanna go
