Marlow is gender neutral imo! I think I’ve heard it more for girls, often spelt Marlowe, but for a boy I like the Marlow spelling 💛 cute name!

My sons name is Marlowe! His name is Marlowe Byron :) I had a hard time picking the spelling but landed on the e ending because i liked the way it looked and that’s how you spell the surname. i’ve only seen marlo for a girl.
