Pregnancy blues!?

I’m 5 months pregnant and I’m just feeling down today. I’m so emotional and sad but it’s not coming from anything in particular… how do you stop feeling sad when you don’t know why your sad. Crying for no reason randomly. Anyone else experiencing or experienced this?

I know its probably the last thing you want to do rn, but try to go for a walk. The sun, plus moving you body gives you good endorphins. Plus the chillyness will help reset your nervous system and give it a chqnce to reregulate. If thats not an option, leave the house and go somewhere where there are other people. A coffee shop or the library are where i usually go. Dont have to talk to anyone, just put some headphones in and vibe. If thats too much, squeezing ice cubes! Sounds silly i know, but it goes back to distracting you and resetting your nervous system. This is what works for me atleast, but i know its hard to take that first step. Remind yourself, "What is one thing i can do to feel just 2% better?" And just do that one thing. Have a snack, drink extra water today, and im sending good vibes. Not every day will be as sad as today. Good luck love ♥️

I just cry.. or try to pinpoint things that could be a possibility. I also give my self grace and eat comfort food, or be lazy

@Janyia I’m just relaxing today and taking it easy. Giving my self grace! ❤️

@Victoria I love all these ideas. It’s still pretty warm today 76. But it’s perfect weather for a nice walk! I’ll have to also try the ice cube trick. Maybe for my kids as well! Thank you!

8 months pregnant and woke up feeling funky today too. Just been trying to keep myself busy. Went to the carwash, housework and put up some Christmas stuff. Nothing exciting but enough to keep me from sitting down feeling it all! Hopefully its short lived for you mama. Almost there!🫶🏻

@Sabrina you are so close to done! How exciting! I hope you feel better as well! 😊❤️

@Rebecca lucky! It was 25 this morning where im at lol. The ice cube trick helps for anxiety and rage too!

@Victoria you’re awesome 😂🩷 to take the time out of your day and share these ! I love this
