Travelling advice

Hi all I have a 4 hour flight on Monday with my 20 month old so he will be sat on my lap which he will hate lol Any advice or tips? I have brought him a little iPad with some of his fav TV shows, some new toys and lots of snacks but he is not going to want to sit on me for that long lol any help appreciated!

You can contact the airline and arrange a seat for him. I did that with easyJet. Just need to be on your lap at takeoff

Last time I flew with my LO I just sat her on the tray at some point😅

I have just flown solo with my 20 month to Tenerife! I booked an aisle seat and he just played with his cars along the walkway and at rhe fire exit bit. He loved it and was high fiving everyone! He sat on my lap take off and landing and for about 20 minutes during the flight!! New toys and snacks are always good shout!! Good luck x

We travelled with our LB at 15 months & we were lucky that the plane wasnt full so the air hostess moved someone & we had the row so he could sit on his own seat after take off :)

Thanks all! The plane looks pretty full though so may not get his own seat 😥
