Low lying anterior placenta post c section

Hello! I had my 20 week scan yesterday and was told I have a low lying anterior placenta 16mm. I know that it can move and most likely will but does anyone have this experience with a previous c section scar? I’m worried that it won’t move because of the scar which I also hemorrhaged and had a pretty nasty infection after so worried it won’t ever move past it. Does anyone have any experience or advice? 🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️
