She’s here💕

Our daughter Evelyn made her entrance on the 10th December 06:25, weighing 7lbs 1oz💗 Arrived at the hospital around 03:30 and was in complete shock when the midwife told me I was 9.5cm dilated! Congratulations to the other mums with your new babies and bestest of luck to all the mums still waiting for their babies arrival, they’ll be in your arms before you know it❤️

Wow! 9.5cm dilated upon arrival 😳 that is impressive!!! And congratulations on your little one, Evelyn is beautiful 💓

Congratulations! My little boy was 7.1 as well! Haha he was born the 12th, how did you find labour? X

@Shevaun thank you💕

@Nicol thank you💕

@Jaime I couldn’t believe it when she told me haha. I think I gaslit myself into thinking that I wasn’t that close😄thank you lovely💕

@Sian thank you💕aw bless, congratulations mama! It was intense but generally a good experience, I had her in the water, they made the room lovely it was very calm. Unfortunately shortly after the birth they discovered I’d had quite a few tears which needed to be tended to in theatre but it only took an hour and I was back with my partner and baby☺️how about you? X

Congratulations. Beautiful name Have her jaundice levels been checked? Sorry I don't want this to come across the wrong way but she is quite yellow x

@Beth thank you! That sounds lovely, I wanted a natural birth but because of reduced movements they wanted to induce me. I started the induction and had the pessary and then the gel and then the hormone drip ( it was a horrendous experience today the least ) I only got to 3cm dialated and his heart rate kept dropping so ended up with an emergency c section. I had to have general anaesthetic because I couldn’t have an epidural but I found that to be a better experience and would definitely have the section again when I have any more children! Glad you had a lovely experience and again congratulations enjoy motherhood ☺️

@Rebecca thank you. Yeah she’s been checked, probably just the lighting x

@Sian oh wow, it must have been quite the whirlwind of emotions. I’m sorry it didn’t go the way you’d hoped but glad you had a good experience in the end! Hope you are recovering well. Thank you lovely, you too x

@Beth it really was! But yeah worked out well in the end thank god haha I’m not doing too bad thank you, my partners doing a lot for us bless him so can’t complain. Hope your recovering well too x
