Anterior Placenta

Hello, I went for a private gender scan yesterday at 16+4 - I was told I have an anterior placenta, which I was thinking anyways due to not feeling baby much if at all (3rd baby). I guess the 20 week scan will go into this in a little more depth etc. I've heard they can move up as baby grows etc. I am hoping for a VBAC (last birth was c section due to baby being found breech at 8cms! First birth was a straight forward vaginal) will this hinder my chances at all? I've been trying to find information online but there isn't really a lot. Any experiences etc welcome. Thank you x

No reason why yu can’t have a vaginal birth with anterior placenta ?? Is that what you’re asking ?

I also had this at the start of the pregnancy mine has moved I think it’s possible for it to move as it’s still quite early on in your pregnancy xx

Anterior placenta is perfectly normal and very common. I had one and no issues with birth or pregnancy x
