'pregnancy of unknown location'

I should have been 6weeks+5 today but I went for a private scan and was told they can't see baby. They said it could either be a much earlier pregnancy than I think (unlikely because I have a very regular cycle and track it), or I might have miscarried/be miscarrying or it could be ectopic (I don't have any symptoms of this). I think it's really likely I have had a miscarriage. I have been taking progesterone pessaries which I think would delay any bleeding. I don't know what I'm asking here, I just wanted to feel less lonely. This is my first ever natural pregnancy. I have one child through IVF who is my absolute world but I'm also so so sad that this pregnancy is probably going to end.
