I know it’s hard. Some days are worse than others (today is a hard day for me too). You will get through this and you can always find people who relate on the app. Have you managed to meet anyone in person yet? That might help when you have another human physically helping you.
With you in solidarity. I’ve been there, still am on some days. Work out where something can give or what’s the biggest mental load. For me it was lack of sleep. My husband now does the nights because I was so sleep deprived and it was causing me to feel so low, irritable and emotional. Find someone you can confide in. I feel it’s been hard to confide in lots of mums because they paint this rosey picture of parenthood and that makes you feel like the odd one out. Now I’ve got a few mums/friends and my husband who i can be completely transparent with. It doesn’t make it easier but makes me feel seen and heard. Happy to chat through messenger 🤍
