So confused about my sicky baby

How come she vomits everywhere for ages after her feed in the day and we go through multiple bibs and outfit changes due to her projectile vomiting. Doesn’t matter how upright or still I try keep her, it always happens. But on a night I can put her straight back down after a feed, change her nappy and she’s never been sick once in the night 🤷🏼‍♀️ Little ones is 4 months old.

Mine does this too. Haven’t come up with a better answer other than over eating. When he’s tired he doesn’t eat as much. I breastfeed and everyone said you can over feed a breastfed baby. I’ve worked with his paediatrician, my family doctor, a physiotherapist, an osteopath and 4 lactation consultants. No tongue or lip ties. Good latch and position. No food allergies or reflux. He’s not upset when he does it. No crying or anything. The overall consensus, from all the professionals, is that I have an overactive let down so he eats more than he should. But at night he normally falls asleep when he’s full and doesn’t eat more than needed. And then when he’s asleep he doesn’t move much. Whereas during the day he is being passed around, doing tummy time, rolling, etc etc. So the combo of being alert/moving and too much to eat seems to do it. I’ve started to be more mindful of timings of feeds. Used to feed “on demand” which was too often I guess. Now I aim for 2.5-3 hours between feeds

Mine was like that too and it turned out she had a cow’s milk allergy. You might want to talk to your GP about it (it took us months to figure that out because people kept on telling us that it was normal)

My 3 month old is the same! Not sure what the reasoning for it is

Mine too!

Mine similar, and it was reflux. It was very stressful, and around the 6 or 7 months, it stopped. I tried not eating dairy products. It seemed like that helped, but it could have been a coincidence because I tried 6 months in.
