Traveling

Has anyone traveled with baby and pushchair. I know you give them the pushchair when you get on the plane. Do they not give it to you when you get off? I'm panicking because I'm pregnant and have to carry baby through customs etc through international airport?

We flew with sunexpress and they take it off you as you board and it's waiting at the door for you when you get off the plane

No they don’t give it to you until you get it from where you collect the luggage from.. if you can, try and find a buggy that folds and fits in overhead cabin luggage, or a comfy baby carrier to wear for when you get off the plane x

Every time we’ve travelled, the pram isn’t available until luggage collection, so no pram through security. I’ve always taken a baby carrier though so I can wear them rather than carry them.

Depends on the airline/airport. Some do and I think most don't.

Most airports you don’t get it back until baggage reclaim. Is a baby carrier an option? We have a cabin approved stroller to avoid this issue and it’s the best money we ever spent x

Usually you collect at luggage collection and it’s put with ‘bulky goods’

My buggy was waiting for me as i got off the plane

Normally at baggage claim which is the next step as you get off the flight, you won’t go through customs etc first. You could ask them to keep it on the plane for you to have straight away though, we’ve done that before
