Hi all, how much disposable underwear did you go through a day after giving birth? I’m not sure how many to prepare for but want to have plenty!

P.S bring your own nappy sacks to put them in, can get icky trying to shove them into tiny hospital bins!
I or two but I was also using pads in them too 😆
I used to change them every 3/4 hours as like with period pads x
1 or 2 but I was wearing them until they were literally disintegrating off of me. A better number would have been easily 4-5 . Tena is really really good. I also LOVE depends. I’d wear a incontinance pad inside of them as well so it would catch more blood. I felt so gross that I just changed after showers and when I got sweaty because I was so much sweatier than usual.

About 5-6 a day! Spme come in packs of 5 some packs of 8 I recommend TENA & ALWAYS their disposable pants are excellent! Get as many packs as you can!!! x
